  • Where do you shop?
    We primarily shop at Publix which is a full-service grocery store with fresh produce, a large deli, bakery, etc. They’re known for amazing sandwiches and platters! We are happy to special order additional items from other stores such as Walmart, Target, and Whole Foods (if not available at Publix) for a small fee. This must be arranged with us IN ADVANCE.
  • Where we deliver
    We deliver to all resorts on Walt Disney World Property! •All Walt Disney World Resorts- you do NOT need to be present for delivery!   • How do I make changes to my order after it is submitted?
    Your confirmation email will provide a link to modify your list! Finalized lists are due at least 3 days before delivery!
  • What if an item I have requested is out of stock?
    Your shopper will message you directly the day prior to or the day of delivery to verify substitutions and ask questions if needed! You’ll work with them one-on-one to ensure you have everything you need!
  • How do I pay?
    After your order is complete, the card on file will be automatically charged or an invoice will be sent via email or text message that is due immediately upon receipt. Inside the invoice you can see notes from your shopper and have a copy of your receipt. We accept all major credit cards.
  • How does delivery work? Do I need to be present?
    For Walt Disney World Resorts: most orders are shopped and delivered the day prior to what is booked. This ensures that everything is ready to be picked up as soon as you check in and helps avoid communication delays due to travel. (Please book delivery for the date you intend on picking up the groceries/arriving at your resort, not the day before!) These orders will be left at Bell Services and you do NOT need to be present for delivery. Perishables are stored inside of refrigerators and freezers! For ALL Non-Disney resorts (including third-party resorts on Disney property): you must be physically present for delivery. Your shopper will meet you during the time window selected when booking. You must be present for the ENTIRE window, regardless of the resort's delivery policy.
  • What if I have allergies or special dietary needs?
    Our stores carry a large range of gluten-free, dairy-free, top 8-free, and vegan items. All of our shoppers are trained on handling food allergens* and will work with you to help ensure that you get exactly what you need. We’re always happy to special order specific items for dietary needs as well for a small fee. Send us a message! *VGD LLC accepts no liability in regards to allergens and can not guarantee any items are allergen-free.
  • How do I know the price of my order?
    We are proud to be the only regional service with NO price mark-ups! You pay the exact store price! We shop store sales, use coupons, and stack deals such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” and other promotions that change weekly. This means that we won't know the exact price until we shop for your individual order. We guarantee that you’ll pay less than any other regional service- please contact us for a quote if needed! Similar app-based delivery services charge a 15-25% markup while regional services can mark up over 50%! A local competitor charges $17.13 for a case of water- ours is $4.49, the exact store price! Your shopper is happy to verify prices of individual items while shopping your order and can assist with offering the most cost-effective item based on sales.
